Just
like going to dance practice,
visualization is much like
doing an inner dance
practice each day
in your mind -
though unlike physical
practice, you don't have
to leave home and it only
takes about 20 minutes

by physical practice alone.

is not to say that your body
is performing without instruction -
on the contrary, you are simply getting
your instructions from a far more

Though mental
training techniques are proven to
work and are used around the globe, some
people remain unconvinced about their
power until they first try them,

they can influence performance.
They
work, of course, simply because all
bodily movement comes directly from
the mind. The
subconscious contains all your
dancing memories, knowledge and experience and
