The key is emotional involvement. Simply repeating words is not enough. You need to feel the reality of the new agreement. This is where visualization becomes powerful.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself living from this new belief. See yourself acting differently. Feel the confidence, the ease, the stability. Let your nervous system experience this as familiar.
Repetition creates familiarity. Familiarity creates safety. Safety allows change.
Over time your subconscious begins to update. Not instantly but consistently. The old contract loses strength while the new one becomes more dominant.
This is where things begin to shift in a noticeable way. You stop feeling like you are forcing yourself. You start feeling aligned. Your actions become more consistent because your internal system is no longer resisting them.
